§ Who It's For

Written for three kinds of maker.

Every concept is introduced from zero — then taken to the level a working artisan will actually sell at.

The Beginner

You've never mixed a drop. Start with Chapter 4's studio kit, follow Recipe 01 step-by-step, and you will have a wearable perfume by the weekend.

The Hobbyist

You blend most weekends and want to understand why your accords go muddy. Chapters 3 & 6 will rebuild your intuition from the chemistry up.

The Artisan

You're ready to sell. Chapter 10 walks you through naming, IFRA basics, pricing, packaging, and which online platforms convert.

Perfumery is not about smelling things. It is about understanding them — why they work, how they interact, and what they reveal about you.
